We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to resole your shoes and stay in touch, and we protect it.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, shoe details, and any photos you upload. Photos are resized in your browser before they reach us, and location data is removed in the process. Payment is handled by Square on the order page, so we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to complete your resole, communicate about your order and any additional repairs, arrange drop-off or shipping, and respond to your questions. If you join our email list, we use your address to send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
Where your order lives
Orders placed on this site are stored in Delmont's own Google Drive and Google Sheets, where only shop staff can see them, including the photos of your shoes. An automation service run by IslaIntel moves your order from the website into those files. Orders placed on our older JotForm order form are stored with JotForm instead.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the shop — Google, IslaIntel, JotForm, Square for payments, our email provider, and shipping carriers — and only as needed to serve you. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
